I set up this blog to tell my story about just how well Oolong Tea Weight Loss Tea worked for me as a weight loss product and as a natural ealth product.

Having been adding on the pounds since I moved to Australia I started to get a little desperate to find a solution. I tried everything including a lot of fad diets. The results were very mixed and I really felt that I was increasing my weight rather than losing it! There were no stand out products and worst of all…no easy fixes!

We all know that Dieting Sucks! I was not that keen on a vigorous exercising program, mainly because of a complete lack of motivation. I know how lazy that sounds but I guess I was looking for something that could give me more energy and also help with the weight loss. I was introduced to Chinese Medicine through my family at a very young age but after integrating into Western society I had put my beliefs aside.

My Mum reminded me of Oolong Tea and sent a month’s supply from Rock Oolong Tea from China. At this stage I was not aware of the products success on Oprah. I noticed that I had been drinking a lot of coffee and a lot of milk as a consequence. I simply replaced my coffee intake with Oolong Tea. it took some will power but I succeeded and within a week I had a noticeable increase in energy levels.

I then started losing weight around my face and began losing around 1kg per week. The increase in energy allowed me to do more stuff and the weight continued to come off. 3 months later I had lost 10 kg’s ! No major changes but I was automatically eating less and moving around more. I also noticed that I felt better with my health. I slept better, my hair had been falling out and that stopped, my stomach settled down, even my eyes felt better after being dry and sore for months.

I understand the frustration of not being able to shift weight and how demotivating it can be. You really need to make a lifestyle change and eat better, exercise moderately and you will find that Oolong Weight Loss Tea helps start and really finishes off the job.

So that’s my story and I very much recommend that if you are looking to lose some weight and make some positive long term changes and improve your overall health then you may want to try the product that helped me. There is a selection of Oolong Teas available above and I recommend any of the selected products. Please contact me if you have any questions. All the best, Ming.

Hi it’s Ming here and I wanted to share with you some of the qualities to look out for in Oolong Tea Weight Loss Tea. Three Measures For Judging Quality in this remarkable Chinese Tea

1. The best Oolong tea never becomes bitter, no matter how long it is infused. It is true that some good Dan Cong oolong can have some bitterness that is sought after, especially by locals, but the better Dan Cong oolongs are sweeter and more smooth. A rich flavor through multiple infusions and a long aftertaste should be expected from all oolong teas.

2. With Anxi, Taiwan, Dan Cong, most leaves should not be damaged and should look reasonably whole once they are infused and unfold. Because Rock Oolong tea undergoes multiple stages of roasting, its leaves can be expected to be brittle and usually less than whole.

3. After making the Oolong tea, the leaves should be tender, pliable and look fresh. The leaves should not be chewy, old and thick – this is evidence of a very late picking.

Shapes and flavors of regional oolong are far from consistent. Shifting market preferences may quite literally reshape an oolong tea. As recently as 1995, Anxi oolong was not curled as we know it today, but looked much more like the dark, open leaf Rock Oolong tea from Wu Yi Shan. In the first decade of this century, greener, lightly oxidized tea have come into popularity. What we are examining is the the ascendancy of newly developed Taiwanese manufacturing techniques and a market preference for tea that delivers highly floral aromatics. Even more recently, aged oolong tea has become popular. Perhaps this can be explained as a backlash against the highly aromatic and lightly oxidized oolongs, or perhaps because a surge of interest in aging teas caused by the puer market boom. Regardless of why, aging oolong tea is not a long standing traditional practice of experts but is rather a practice of rural Chinese who have kept aged oolong tea (not to mention white tea and black tea as well) for its medicinal cooling quality.
